Let’s take a quick tour to show you what Tasks for Microsoft® Exchange has to offer.

One time setup

For most Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 accounts you will only need to fill in your email and password.

Should the app be unable to self-configure you can manually provide any missing entries.

Manage Tasks

Once the one time setup is complete the app will start to download all active tasks from your default Tasks folder.

You can view and edit a task by selecting it from the task list. The following fields can be updated:

• Subject
• Start Date
• Due Date
• Categories
• Priority (Low, Normal, High)
• Reminder
• Notes

Mark a task completed

To mark a task complete swipe it to the right on the task list.

Filter

If you open the navigation drawer you’ll find different filters to limit what is displayed in the task list.

Search

Search results are displayed while you type, which helps you quickly find what you’re looking for.

Reminders

Any reminders that you set in the app or in Outlook will show up in the Android notification bar. The app respects the system wide settings for notification sound, vibration and flashing of LEDs. To disable a reminder swipe the notification to the right.

Tablet support

Tasks for Microsoft Exchange also works great on tablets.
